In the near future, my company will be deploying XP with Office 2003.
Currently users are running Outlook 2000. Upgrades will be done
during a big meeting when we have access to everyone's laptop at the
same time. Prior to the upgrade, data from a user's PC is uploaded by
script including the OST. When the user's machine receives a new
image with Outlook 2003, we would like to use the uploaded 2000 OST
so that we do not have resynch everyone's mailbox in order to create
OST. Is it possible to use the 2000 OST on the 2003 machines? We
also want to deploy cached mode. We are running Exch 2k.
Thanks in advance,
GNL.
