Migrating from Windows Office 2007 to Mac Office 2004

I'm in the process of migrating to my new Mac from a Windows Vista machine. I have PST files on my Windows machine (currently running Office 2007) that I would like to import into my new installation of Mac Office 2004 (waiting for my free upgrade to arrive). I've found the PST Import Utility; however, that will only work for the older version of Mac Office. Is there any way for me to import all of my data from my PST files into my new Mac Office?
