Migrating rules from POP to IMAP

Is there a way to migrate or copy from POP to IMAP? I've recently started
using IMAP and would like to move the 50 or so rules I have setup for POP
over instead of having to enter everyone by hand.

Unfortunately not. Rules are neither transferable nor scriptable. You're
going to have to make them by hand.

How about folders? I have about fifty different folders for sorting and
organizing my email and I hate to go through all of that by hand recreating
them within the IMAP universe...
