Migration from Outlook Express to outlook 2002

Sorry you may have seen this prior yet i have not had a
response please help. I am using Outlook express currently
and want to migrate users to Outlook. Email is outside the
office. What is the best way to move addressbooks and
messages over to outlook 2002 on new xp pro machines
