Military Welcome home banners

I am looking for a military welcome home banner or something of the sort. so
far I can't find any.

PowerPoint isn't the best program to use to create banners.

Here are some welcome home banners for various programs, mostly Word and
Publisher, it seems. You should be able to find an appropriate one and
modify it for your needs. After all, that's what templates are for.
