Milo: Clients in my contacts folder still going to "Junk Mail"

When I bought a new computer in December, I decided to try out the Junk Mail
feature of O-2003 instead of using my third-party software and it worked
great. In the last month or two, though, all of a sudden notes from people
who have written me time and again are going into the Junk Mail folder.
These people are in my Contacts with the correct email addresses; isn't
Outlook supposed to allow for that?

I've verified that the box regarding this is checked in my JunkMail options.
I've even verified that someone for whom it happened today is in my safe
senders list! What more can I do?
