MIME format issue in Outlook 2003

I am receiving the following from a vendor we are working with. I am aware
that the issue is most likely in document design or my Outlook 2003 client.
We use a 2003 Exchange server for delivery and receipt of email.

Hoping one of you Wizards can point in a direction to focus on. All feedback
and help is greatly apprecited. Here is the portion of the email which shows
COntent Type ect...
