Minimising Outlook XP to the Windows taskbar

Hi there,

In outlook 2000 you could minimise outlook to the windows taskbar so that it is constantly monitoring your inbox whilst being out of the way. Can you do this with XP? I can't seem to find the option!?!?! Any help greatly appreciated!
