Minimize Not Working

on the OnClick of a cmdbutton I want to minimize the form that this button is
on and then display my report in print priview mode.

I have tried doing this sevral ways including a macro that minimizes and the
opens report.

My form does not minimize but the report comes up behind this form.

Probably a timing issue but has me stumpped.

Please help me the syntax that would accomplish this.
