Mislaid Office Shortcut Toolbar

I'm running Office 2000 in Windows 98. My Office shortcut
toolbar is now hidden under the Start Button and Quick
Launch Toolbar. I catch a glimpse of it as Windows shuts
down. How do I get it back to the desktop where I can see
it? I've tried clicking left and right, once and twice,
enlarging stuff, shrinking stuff but I still can't get at
the Office Shortcut Toolbar to move it so it is visible.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Left click on your taskbar and drag to the top, left or

the right side of the screen to move the taskbar. See if
that will show the office toolbar so you can move it. If
it does, move the office toolbar, then click the taskbar
and drag it back to the bottom.
