Misplaced fields in entourage contacts

Hi all,
The MAC we use have OS 11 and Entourage 2004.The problem that we have
is entourage Synchronization is working fine but many fields in the
contacts is either misplaced or are missing. The same is available
perfectly in OWA. We use IMAP. Please help us out to fix this issue.

Just for future reference, it's "Mac", which is short for "Macintosh".
MAC is not all capitals, because the A and the C don't stand for
anything. MAC stands for many things, including Media Access Control,
and so on, but it doesn't stand for "Macintosh".

There is no Mac OS X version 11. You probably have Mac OS X version
1.something (and the .something part is important).

Under the Blue Apple in the menu bar, see what version of the OS you are
running. The latest is 10.4.10.

Now for Entourage....under Entourage in the menu bar select "About
Entourage". What version of Entourage are you using?
