Missing a file in my OneNote software

I tried to download the service pack 1 for OneNote and it wont let me
I need to know how to get get the service pack

What specific error are you getting? Are you unable to download it, or are
you unable to install it after downloading?

SP1 can be found at this web page:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/onenote/prodinfo/sp1/default.mspx

You should clear your cache in IE before attempting the download again.

Hi redflame, if Erik's suggestion doesn't work, did your copy of OneNote come
pre-installed on a new computer that you purchased? We have found that some
computer manufacturers have installed OneNote without the necessary CAB files
to upgrade to the SP1. You can find the workaround for this at the following
