MISSING: ActiveX Data Objects 2.7 Library

J

JimB

When I go to Tools; References, I see this line
highlighted near the top of the pop up window. I scroll
down to the area and do no see 2.7. I imported this .mdb
from another programmer in my shop. Another .mdb shows a
2.6 as available in the references window; but the .mdb of
interest does not have even 2.6 listed. So... What to do?

Hi Jim -

This is an article that discusses missing references in Access databases.
Take a look at it and see if it is helpful to you at all. Generally
speaking, the references are machine specific. If you change machines, it
is likely to lose some references. Also notable, just because it lists it
as missing, does not mean that it is necessarily required for the database.

Hope that helps!!
