I have a MacBook Pro with Office 2004 installed. I use Entourage for
email.
Beginning yesterday, the subjects of emails have random missing
characters. This still appears even if I drag items out of the "Inbox"
to another folder. For example, the subject "Order Confirmation"
suddenly appears as "O der onf rm ti n". If I open the item, the
subject is intact. But after closing the item, the random letters are
gone.
If I restart Entourage, the missing characters are restored. But
eventually, they disappear again.
I have no idea why this would happen. Any clues?
