Missing connectors menu, have flowchart symbols only

T

Tim

Running Office 2000 on Win98. I am trying to draw a flowchart, but I can
only find the flowchart symbols. I cannot find the flowchart connector menu.
I have tried starting from the Draw toolbar, the draw pop-up menu, and from
miscellaneous pull-down menus up top (all the places I use from other PCs
with Office XP Pro, and Office XP Small Business); but I only ever see the
flowchart symbols.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Tim,

Garfield-n-oldie's reply is correct only with the Standard
Edition of Office 2000, which had only 1 CD.
To enable the connectors in Office 2000 for other
Editions install the MS Draw 98 option from
the Office Tools Category from the Office 2000 CD #2
and then use
Insert=>Picture=>New Drawing
(or Insert=>Object=>MS Draw 98 Drawing)

The connectors work only within the MS Draw 98v2 canvas
within MS Word 2000.
