Missing "data1.msi" - my install CDs damaged - Office 2000 Pro

Microsoft Office 2000 Professional product:

Microsoft Outlook won't work because error message says missing "data1.msi"
file. My CD's were sun damaged and can't use. Did search of system and no
file found on HD. How can I get this file back or what can I do short of
buying new CDs? Bought computer from woman whose husband passed away and
system was already loaded. It is an OEM version. Not original system nor
original software with computer. Computer is Compaq but operating system is
not the standard that came with it. I suspect previous owner cleaned Compaq
data off and loaded Microsoft 2000 OS and then loaded Microsoft Office 2000
Pro.
