*** Missing Detail Tab ***

Hallo,

I remember previously that for Sent items in Outlook,
I can click on a tab that shows me the status of each
receipent, ie. whether they have read my msg.

Under Outlook 2002, it doesnt include that tab anymore.
Therefore, everytime I have to rely on the 'Delivered'
and 'Read' msg status, which I have created a rule to
direct them to the Deleted Items.

Is it possible to get back the tab?

The tab is displayed when you permanently delete (not storing them in the
Deleted Items folder) the receipts from the Inbox.

Let the receipts stay in the Inbox. Using a rule to move them elsewhere prevents Outlook from processing them. You can set Outlook to move receipts to Deleted Items after processing.
