Missing emails

I am using Entourage 2004 at work on Exchange and Windows 2003 server.
The problem is that if any email has puncuation in the subect line
(i.e. "&" or "... "or "+" etc) Entourage does not pick it up. I also
note if I try opening the e-mail via WEBMAIL it opens up as "Page not
available" Anybody have an idea what the problem is?

I am having exactly the same problem. I assume this is a known problem to
Microsoft?

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this problem as we are missing some
very important messages because of it.
