Missing Exchange messages.

My mail is on an Exchange server and recently I noticed that when I send
messages a copy is not being put in Sent Items. Any ideas?

Also I have had colleagues tell me they sent me an email and it does not
come through; they try again and still nothing. But they may send another
unrelated message and it will come through but not the two attempts at a
different message.

I don't see anything in the help system to trouble-shoot these problems.

We have same issue. Just migrated a number of users to Entourage and
Exchange 2003. One of the users has nothing in her sent items folder on
entourage. She DOES have items in Sent Items in OWA. She's on Entourage
SP2 and MacOS 10.4.8 (iMac G5). We've flushed the folder cache,
re-installed Office and examined permissions. All other folders synch fine.
Any thoughts?

Hi Bill!

Is she looking in the correct Sent Items folder? I'm referring to the
one listed under her Exchange account in the folders list on the left
and not the one listed under "On My Computer".
