Missing from list

Dear all

I have a situation where one e-mail client doesn't receive mails once in a
way which was sent directly to him from outside sender and copying it to
some of the colleagues of him. When I check the people were in the cc list
they had those mails but that particular person who was in to list didn't
get it. what is the reason to cause this kind of malfunction in the MS
Outlook. this version is ms outlook 2003 and server is exchange 2000.

Is message tracking turned on on your exhange server? If so, then track
that message.

Does it show as being delivered to that mailbox?

Whenever I see this, I find the user has some crunched filter\view in
outlook, which, when cleaned shows the message sitting there....
