Missing IMAP Sub Folders

Garry Traynor

I have created a number of folders and sub folders. Quite unexpectedly
three from within a sub folder have disappeared. As they are IMAP
folders, they are still in place .. in fact I can see them from within
another email client. Entourage simply wont display them. Has anyone
else come across this and perhaps someone has an answer. By the way, I
have rebuilt the database, dumped the database, recreated the
database, none of which seems to help.

Click on the server's icon. In the main window you should see a list of all
folders of that server. Do you see them there, perhaps "washed out"? If so,
select each one and click the Subscribe button if it's active.

I can't imagine that won't work but if it doesn't, delete the account
(nothing will be lost except the download cache) and then make the account
again from scratch. Note all the settings before you delete it, and use the
same ones when re-creating.
