Missing Import/Export Wizard

Sarah

It just isn't there! There is no Import/Export option
listed under file menu in my outlook 2003. I have searched
everyplace I can think to remedy the situation and I've
found no solutions. I need to import some information into
my contacts, but without an import feature, I cannot do it.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Sarah

Rerun Office Setup and do a full installation of Outlook and Office Tools
(run all from my computer).

Thanks for your response to my plea for help. I did follow your advice. I did rerun office setup from 'my computer'. An
since that didn't change anything in Outlook, I reinstalled Office again. No change. And then I tried the "reinstall and
repair settings" and ran through the whole thing again

I still do not have an import/export listing in the file menu in Outlook. Should I uninstall Office totally and reinstall it? Will my information in Outlook, Excel and Power Point be saved if I do that? I really don't know what to do. I've spent hours and hours trying to solve this problem. I surely could have typed all of the names, addresses, etc., which I had wanted to impor
into my "contacts" faster than trying to figure out how to get a solution for the missing import/export feature

Any other thoughts

Thanks

Sarah

UPDATE
Milly, please disregard my last message. The problem was solved by customizing the taskbar and inserting the import/export wizard from there. Thanks so much for your time and effort, I do appreciate your help
