missing inbox messages

We have an individual that her email goes missing after a few days.
They're not being hidden via a view menu. They're just gone. The
messages disappear after a few days, they don't end up in a bulk
folder or deleted items folder either. I've already run the database
repair twice and also run the permissions fix twice. The account and
profile was removed and setup again and still has the same issue. I've
checked the exchange box here onsite and the inbox messages are indeed
gone. Her most recent messages are still on the server and on the
laptop though. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Most likely explanation is that the 'empty deleted items' schedule has
become mis-directed to her inbox.

Select 'schedules' from the tools menu, then open the 'Empty Deleted Items
Folder' schedule. This probably has an 'aging' property set for the few days
that you find mail disappearing after. The action to delete items should be
associated with their deleted items folder, not the inbox.
