missing information

I use entourage in an exchange environment. Many times, windows based
people will insert spreadsheets or text directly into their PC and I
cannot see it on my Entourage - if I move to my Windows machine, the
rest of the document is visible, but it is neither appears within the
document nor as an attachment.

1. Is this a problem others have experienced?
2. Why is this happening?
3. Are there fixes that I can do since I am not going to stop the
rest of business from happening the way it does?

Looking forward to any information

I sure haven't,
If the file is sent as attachment I see it as attachment,

Is it for files in e-mails or in Public folders??

The last time (yesterday) was a spreadsheet - the problem has included
images, .pdf files and others. It happens seldom, but becomes a
frustration when it does.

PDFs can ben seen as images on a Mac (snice it's a "graphic" format
MacOS X supports natively), but a spreadsheet would be displayed
exclusively as an attachment.

Is it on a regular account or on the public folder of an Exchange
account ?

This is specifically in an exchange account. I am client on multiple
accounts using entourage and the only one that gives me trouble is the
exchange server account. As an example, I have never had the same
problem with my .mac account. I have successfully downloaded the
issue when off-site but going to the OWA and downloading the
attachment from there. It seems to me that the issue occurs at the
interface between exchange and entourage.

Did ou set the Exchange account to download the entire messages or is it
limited to the first xxx kB. This could be the reason why some
attachments don;t show up.
