Missing Lines in Newsletter

I send out a newsletter via print merge every month created in publisher 2003
to 1500 recipients. After about 300 copies, missing lines start to appear in
my printed document in a few places. I don't know why this is happening but
it seems to be when I use the SHIFT ENTER format code to remove the hyphen in
words sending the word to the next line. Does this seem possible? Anyone
have any ideas how to correct this?

Why not simply turn off hyphenation in tools, options (or tools, language,
hyphenation). If the first 300 print correctly, then the next 900 should print
okay too. How much memory do you have in your printer? Does this happen every
month? Have you looked on the manufacturer's web site of your printer for an
updated driver?

Thank you for responding. I will definitely try that to see if that solves
the problem. Our copier does have adequate memory. Do you know why the
forced format to eliminate hyphenations would cause blank lines? Is that
normal? I am fairly new to publisher and print merging so am struggling a
little. Again, thanks for your help.
