Missing Menu Options (Outlook 2002)...

HELP!

I've noticed a few things disappearing:

1) When I right-click an e-mail to add the person to the
Junk Senders list, the options under "Junk E-mail" are no
longer visible (just gives me a stubby blank box)

2) I don't have access to "Tools --> Rules Wizard" -
that'c completely disappeared.

Any ideas?
