Missing News in Go list of Office 2003

David

I thought I added "News" to the toolbar the first time I opened Outlook
2003, and now the News button won't appear on the toolbar. I checked "Help"
and found steps to add News to from Customize>Commands>Categories>Go>From
Commands list click News and drag to Go. However, News doesn't appear on
the list. How do I resolve this so Go will have News listed?

Thanks!

David

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.
You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools, customize.

Perfect! Thank you again for your help, Diane!

It's the question about allowing OE to be my default newsreader that got me
to answer yes to it. I suppose this is a bug of some sort. Anyway, I got
my News button back on my toolbar.

Thanks again!

David
