Missing Some of my Personal Folders

S

Scott K.

I'm trying to get Entourage (with Exchange) running on my new iBook
(OS 10.2.8), and am having trouble with getting everything working.

Among the problems I'm having is that Entourage seems to be missing
some of my personal folders -- specifically, these are subfolders
within other personal folders.

Most of my folders display just fine -- but I'm missing several of
them, even though they still are on the server. They all appear when
accessing via the web. For whatever reason, I'm either missing a
setting or there's something buggy about Entourage.

Unfortunately, I'm the only one in my office with this situation --
everyone else is running either PC or OS9. My IT department is at
wit's end, so I'm hoping somebody can offer their thoughts...

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Scott

Are the folders special folders that contain only non-message items like
contacts or calendar events?

Try creating a new folder and moving the messages into it.
