Missing Space Charcter, Message Formatting?

D

Dan Triant

New Exchange Env... Pre-launch to IT staff for testing, and there are a few
users who have noticed that in some messages that the Space between words
seem to disapear after sending the message. The Env is Exchange 2003 with
Office 2003 and Outlook 2003 (entire suite 2003) at the desktop. Systems are
all Windows 2003 Server and XP at the DT. Word is set as the editor for email
messages.

Typing does not seem to matter at which point of the message is being
composed, and the words used seem to be somewhat random. For example, one
message that was found to have this issue was when typing "Can SAS be run to
use" the message was sent at "CanSAS be run to use" and in another par.
typing "In our new local server env" was sent at "In ournewlocal server env"

Any idea's to what could be causing this? Our platforms are very standard at
the Hardware/OS/ and application level for these users.

TIA
