Misterious directory OLKA9 with old Outlook attachment files...

While viewing an attachment, I clicked the left arrow key and suddenly I was
viewing many old files that I no longer have on my computer.
I was able to trace the directory where they are located as OLKA9 a
subdirectoy of Temporary Internat Files.
But was unable to log into this Cache file and delete its contecnt.
Any ideas?
