MLM "override default reply behavior" doesn't work

I can't get Entourage to override the default List reply behavior.
Any ideas? I've repaired permissions and am updated. Entourage 2004
11.3.6 on a iMac.

This could be a minor sign of database corruption. Try rebuilding your
database.

Rebuild your database but first, make a duplicate in the Finder as
additional backup. A rebuild does make a duplicate, but sometimes in the
process the original and backup get merged resulting in total disaster. This
is rare, but it's easy to make the duplicate as added insurance.
