I have a user that when is synch'd with MobileMe. When he receives a message via that program, it shows up fine. However, his Entourage sends the e-mail to the junk folder even though the sender is in the safe sender list. Has anyone heard about this before or have any suggestions?

It's best to add the contact to the Address Book rather than rely on Safe
Senders list.
