Modifying Field Codes--Preventing Disclosure of Private Info

I'd like prevent recipients of documents marked for
changes from knowing exactly who made what changes at
what time and date. I can hide the Field Codes by
unchecking the Screentips option under the Toolbar but a
recipient of the document can recheck the Screentips
option to re-gain access to the information at issue.

Does anyone know how to prevent disclosure of the
information at issue?

No matter how you "hide" the data, it will be visible if the recipient
is determined enough -- possibly by opening the file in a hex editor.
The only way to keep it out of sight is to remove it. Send only copies
of the document that don't contain the information you want to hide.
