I am running Outlook 2002. When I compose a new message, at the "To..."
field, after I type first 3 characters, a drop-down list appears
automatically listing all of the possible addresses Outlook can find.
Unfortunately this feature causes trouble to me because it doesn't always
list the email address: it only list the names of the match and if I don't
look carefully, I might be using the wrong address.
Is there a way to affect how OutLook builds this list? For instance, is
there a way to tell OutLook "whenever I type 'John', use *only*
[email protected]"?
Thanks,
