MOffice End Program message

There are four users on our Home PC. Microsoft Office 2003 (Student Edition)
is loaded. When I log out the computer closes down correctly. However, when
the other users close down they get an onscreen message headed End Program -
MOffice There is a countdown to end the program or you can click End Now
button. I have tried unistall and reinstall, but this does not seem to help.
Can anyone out there suggest a way to resolve this issue please. Happy

Have you made sure that the newest service packs and security updates are
installed? Also do the users have the same permission rights as you?

Thanx beario for posting.

I have downloaded the updates from Office site.
My wife and I have supervisor rights through Norton Internet Security and
the teenagers have Adult rights. All accounts have parental control
activated. Only the teenagers have the MOffice End program message come up
prior to them logging off XP.

Does this help you advise me?
