Monthly recurrence with 1st and 3rd Wednesday?

How can I set up a monthly occurrence for the 1st and 3rd Wedneday. If I
choose every two weeks, there will be times when it would not be the 1st and
3rd of the month.

Set up two different events - one recurring on the 1st Wed and one recurring
on the 3rd Wed....
