Does the Outlook Live service support EAS, OWA, and OMA scenarios? Or is it
just RPC/HTTP access from the Outlook rich client?

Outlook Live is another form of DAV access for Outlook Live and MSN Premium subscribers. EAS, OWA, and OMA are not supported,
