More Activations Allowed over the Internet

I don't mind having to activate my product to use it. Nor do I mind having to
make a phone call every so often so that MS can verify that it is me using
the software. However; as a user who formats his hard disk every six months
or so it is a nuisance to have to make a phone call every time I want to
clean up my machine.

Why make life so rough on yourself? Formating the HD every six months?
Sheesh. Just clone the completede installation and pour it back on the
harddrive.

They can still get on your system even if you do that.
(Maybe he does not want porn on his computer, you can get that even
without visiting a porn website)


Legit software can cause problems. I had to restore using ghost image
after a bad install.

Isn’t six month 180 days? The activation counter should of reset
itself. Next time, wait a week more. Then you should be able to
activate over the internet without a problem

They can't get on any computer if IE is locked down like it should be.
