More consistency with drawing objects between Office applications

Hello,

I would like to suggest more consistency across the Office product line in
terms of how the different applications treat drawing objects. For example,
take a drawn rectangle in Word, add some text to it, and rotate it. In Word
and Excel, the attached text will not rotate. Cut that same object and paste
it into Publisher or Powerpoint and the same object will be displayed with
the text rotated in same way as the rectangle itself. As another example
drawn textfields in Publisher and Powerpoint can be rotated but they cannot
be rotated in Excel and Word.
