More Entourage questions

Hi guys.

I've set up Gmail as my default mail with entourage and am receiving
mail fine. I have a problem sending the mail though. Any ideas??

The other thing I wanted to know is is it possible to sync my macbook
(intel based) with my imac (power pc) in trems of Entourage / the
address book / scheduler etc.

Send & Receive problems can be complex to solve, but generally these
solutions apply:

If you can receive but not send then you have a bad SMTP configuration
If you can send but not receive you have a bad POP or IMAP configuration

Because Entourage stores the info in a database you cannot sync one database
with another without rewriting the entire database. What you choose to do,
depends on how often you feel the need to update.

I suggest getting an IMAP account. Simply put, a POP account downloads all
new mail from the server to the user's computer. In an IMAP account,
everything is kept on the server. This is especially useful if you use
several computers and/or travel.

You can sync through Apple's applications. See options to sync:
