The Outlook 2000 filtering rules are not flexible enough. Could someone at
MS please acknowledge this or tell me how I can do this:
I want to filter spam from people sending from German email addresses to a
separate folder, so I look for sender's with ".de" in it, as in
(e-mail address removed).
However, this then picks up my own email a.dekker@etc.
The rules need to have conditions like "Starts with", "contains" or "end
withs", so that I can catch all emails ending with ".de". I know I can set
up exclusions to a rule, but its tedious, and you constantly have to check
the spam folder to see you haven't caught someone unintentionally. I'd like
to set up a whole raft of spam filtering rules and forget about them.
Thanks,
Alain
