more frames bookmark problems

Thanks for the help so far I appreciate it very much, now
my problem is that when I create a bookmark in the left
frames side for contacts and then set the link with a
bookmark on the right side frame what happens is it does
pop to the bottom like I like but when I scroll up the
menu is gone on the frames left side how do i keep the
menu there?
