More info -- about 10 people have access to the public
folder; only I am having the problem.

About two weeks ago, it suddenly stopped searching for
names in the public folder even though the correct
settings are in place. We've recreated my profile --
didn't work. We've tested Outlook 2003 -- didn't work.
