more project servers? more pwas?

I have a project server set up already (20 users, 2 servers - avg spec
hardware) and a requirement has come in from a different business we own for
2 users to have their own pwa...

what are my options here? should i get 2 new boxes and create a new
instance of the project server or can I just install a new instance on the
same boxes i already have??? (providing performance isn't an issue!)..

Other parts of the business are also showing an interest and 2 companies we
own (100 users each) both want their own solutions in the near future....
should i look to create one massive instance for them all to share or should
i leave them seperate so it's easier to maintain????

any advice would be appreciated!
