More signature problems

Not using Word as the editor -


I am placing text and a web site and email address in my signature. It
appears correct in the message before I send it but it comes through as this
when it is delivered ( at least in a message I send to myself ) I get a
MAIL TO and a file name transferred with the signature. Any ideas ?

I think you need to change your setting in the area right underneath th
signature area.

It may say, "mark all comments", uncheck that box. Now you're fine
That is a stupid option in Outlook.
