More than one contact list

Sunsol

I type in the name of someone in my Contacts in order to send an email. The
name is not recognized, even though I see it when I look in Contacts. I am
told that the reason is that I have two different Contact lists (folders?)
and Outlook is looking at the wrong one. Is this so? If so, how do I delete
the incorrect Contact list when I cannot even see it?

If you look at the full folder tree, how many contact-type folders do you
find?

Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?
