I recently posted a message to the VSTO forum here

which directed me to this forum.

Can someone direct me to a utility/Web Service/DLL that will allow me to
programmatically convert Office documents to the PDF format?

I need something that can handle concurrency as this is a Web Application
for a client.

Not sure why you are directed here. This is VBA NG of MS Office applications
(Word VBA, Excel VBA...). VBA is run inside the application (Word,
Excel...), having little to do with MOSS, web application...
