Most new messgs sent to deleted folder?

Hey, Someone #$!@#$ed there account and then gave it to me to fix, so
I am a little short on specifics here:


Running MS outlook 2000 on Win/2000
User tweeked his junk mail settings, and now all incoming mail over
more then say a four or five words gets sent to the deleted folder.
But if you send something cut down to just a word or tow, it pops up
into the inbox.

Anyone know how to reset it to where it accepts incoming mail?

Sounds like you may have to go into the RULES WIZARD
under Tools and see if there are any specific rules setup
to deal with subject headings, etc with 4 or 5 words, or
greater. You could just delete the rule and that should
take care of the problem
