Move calendar data

Version: 2004, 11.4.0
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5.2
Email server: Exchange 2003

Hi,
I connect to an Exchange server via OWA. I noticed that all my folders I
sync with are now in 2 language versions: one NL-version and one UK-version.

Inbox: not available (?)
Postvak in: operational data

Contacts: available but empty, cannot be removed
Contactpersonen: available, operational data, can be removed

Calendar: available but empty, cannot be removed
Agenda: available, operational data, can be removed

I also sync this data to my mobile phone SE P1i with Active sync for
Symbian. I noticed that Symbian wants to sync with the UK-versions of the
folders. In my case my mobile phone only syncs the mail.

Solution: move the data from the NL-version folders to the UK-version of the
folders and remove the NL-versions of the folders from Exchange.

My questions: how can I move ALL my meeting-data from Agenda to Calendar at
once in stead of one at a time????

Hi Marc!

You can move all items from one calendar to another by clicking on the
Calendar view button in Entourage and then clicking on the "All Events"
view under Calendar Views in the folder list on the left.

This will list items on all calendars but note the Folder column shows
the names of the calendars. Click that column header to sort all events
from each calendar together.

Select the first event you want to move and then shift-click the last
item to select it and everything in between.

Then drag those items to the other calendar.
