Move/Copy Apple Mail to Entourage

Is there a way to copy Apple Mail items (either individual mails, or entire
folders) into Entourage? I recall something like using Mozilla Thunderbird
as a go-between...

Use Entourage Import. Select to import from a program. Select Apple Mail.
